SALES TAX:
California residents are subject to sales tax on all purchases. Sales tax varies depending on the county in which you reside. All claims
for tax exemption must be made prior to placing your order. A California Resale Certificate must be filled out and signed. If you are out of
state, but drop shipping to a California address, sales tax will apply. Please contact the California State Board of Equalization in your
county to determine if your purchases are tax-exempt. Mediatec will not be held responsible for paying sales tax or use tax
in any other state other than California.

SHIPPING:
Our primary method of shipping is via UPS ground, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipping is calculated based on weight, location and carrier surcharges. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider shipping and transit times when placing your order.

WARRANTY:
Warranty programs will vary depending on the manufacturer. Please inquire at the time of your order and warranty information will be supplied.

DAMAGE & DEFECTS:
Before signing for receipt of the package(s), it is the receiver’s responsibility to inspect all parcels for visible signs of damage or tampering.
If the delivery looks visibly damaged—refuse it. In the event of damaged product, missing product or a refused shipment, Mediatec / RTI will assist you to its best ability with your claim. If however, the product has been tampered with or damaged during shipment and you have already accepted it, you must report the damage claim directly to the carrier delivering the product.
